Terms of Service

The short version: play fair, have fun, and remember the cards and Compute are just for the game. The longer version is below, in plain language.

Who we are

Top Tokens is a fan-made card game at playtoptokens.com. You can reach us at hello@playtoptokens.com.

Playing the game

• Top Tokens is free to play. You can play as a guest, or create an account to keep your progress across devices.
• Keep your password and sign-in links to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
• Please don’t cheat: no bots, automated play, exploiting bugs or messing with other players’ scores. We may reset scores or suspend accounts that do.
• We may change the game at any time, including the cards, stats, rules, rewards and balance.

Profiles, friends and duels

With an account you get a public page with your player name, picture, bio and game stats (you can make it friends-only in your profile). Keep your name, picture and bio friendly: nothing offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading or belonging to someone else. We may remove a picture, reset a name or bio, or close an account that breaks this, and anyone can report a profile. Duels are friendly games: don’t use them to farm rewards, which are capped each day.

Cards, Compute and XP

Cards, Compute, XP, ranks and achievements exist only inside the game. They have no real-world value, can’t be bought, sold or swapped for money, and we may adjust or reset them, for example when the deck is updated.

The shop

Nothing in the shop is on sale yet. When you “check out”, you join a waitlist: no payment is taken, prices are indicative, and it isn’t an order or a promise on either side. We’ll email you when products become available, and you can decide then.

Where the model data comes from

The 64 cards show public measurements of real AI models. Most benchmark, speed and price figures come from Artificial Analysis, with friendly thanks for publishing them openly. Knowledge cutoffs come from each lab’s own documentation. The numbers are a snapshot and may be out of date; they’re for fun, not for choosing a model for your business.

Model names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the models. Top Tokens isn’t affiliated with, or endorsed by, any AI lab or by Artificial Analysis.

Our stuff

The game, its card designs, art, music and code are ours. You’re welcome to share screenshots and talk about the game; please don’t copy or resell it.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Top Tokens running, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for lost progress, items or data. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we’ll let you know in the game. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
